Here is a collection of frequently asked questions about our products and services. If your question isn't here, please   for more information.

When will I receive E-mail purchases ?
All purchases that are due to be sent as an e-mail attachment will normally be sent within 24 hours of purchase. However this may take longer so please allow up to 3 working days before querying your delivery. As these items are delivered electrocically we cannot offer a refund once dispatched but should there be a delivery query will will endevour to supply them on a CD or other media as an alternative.

How do I order a certificate?
To order a certificate you need to choose a level of service, a design type and a greeting. The simplest way to start the process is to select the 'Services' tab, which can easily be found at the top each page.
From the services page you can browse the levels of service then follow the link for more information and purchase. The pages will then guide you through the process.

How much will it cost?
There are a range of options for you to choose from of different prices. A printed certificate with personalised information is our cheapest option at £14.99 while fully painted and gilded certificates start at £295. The prices in between reflect how much of the art work is hand painted.

What size is my certificate?
Custom certificates are normally presented on A3 size paper (420mm x 384mm). The actual printed area will be slightly smaller. Ready to puchase certificates are in a variety of sizes.

How will my certificate be shipped?
Fully printed designs are shipped gently rolled between protective paper in a strong card tube. All painted and gilded designs are shipped flat in a presentation folder between layers of card in a custom box. They are a also packaged in a silver mailing envelope to help protect against liquid damage while in transit.

What happens if my certificate arrives damaged?
We will happily replace printed certificates damaged in transit. Just send us back the damaged item and we will create and mail a replacement.
All painted certificates will be posted with insurance. Please contact us using the details on the contact pages to inform us of the nature of the damage and the condition it was delivered in and we will seek compensation through the insurance. We can then discuss with you regarding a replacement or refund.

What happens if the details on the certificate are incorrect?
If Presentations has made an error in producing your document then we will replace the product for you free of charge. However Presentations cannot be responsible for errors that are made on the order by the customer, such as spelling mistakes or entering the wrong date. Please carefully review the spelling and information before submitting the form. It is very unlikely we can make amendments to the completed document that would look acceptable.

I would like a greeting that is not on your list, is this possible?
We are happy to create custom greetings for you. When you reach the greetings form just scroll to the bottom and use the radio button to select custom greeting. Then just type in the greeting you would like us to use. As a guide we recommend no more than eight lines and to arrange the text yourself in a similar way to the sample greetings.

Can you create a completely original certificate for me?
Presentations would be pleased to create a new and original certificate using specially designed borders capitals and embellishments. Please write to us using the details on the 'Contact Us' page and explain what you require.

I need a presentation document urgently, is it possible to fast track the order?
We are happy to fast track orders for you. We will fast track fully printed certificates for and additional 10% fee while all fully or partially painted certificates can be fast tracked for an additional 20% fee. Just select the fast track option during the order. Fast tracking the order does not guarantee.

I don't have a Paypal account. How do I pay?
You do not need as Paypal account to make payments through Paypal. You can pay using your credit card in the normal way.
